How Does It Work
Red Light Therapy uses specific wavelengths of natural light to oxygenate and provide energy to the cells with tangible results.
Each of the light diodes in a LightRitual mat holds three lights in the frequencies of red and near infrared supplying the best wave lengths to nourish cells.
In a 30-minute session clients receive 20 minutes of light directly on the skin. All the cells in the body will benefit from the light energy, which they’ll use to support their mission of creating optimal health!

The recommended treatment frequency is 1-2 sessions per week to start until you reach your treatment goals. Once your goals are met, we recommend 1-4 visits per month depending on your preferred maintenance plan. When combining LightRitual sessions with massage therapy, your LightRitual session will come first.
