Adam L. brings over 20 years of experience in movement, wellness, and performance coaching through yoga, martial arts, functional movement, and bodywork. Inspired by a passion for helping people move and feel better in their bodies, he specializes in mobility, flexibility, sports recovery, injury prevention, and stress relief. Adam especially enjoys helping clients reconnect with pain-free movement while discovering greater confidence in everyday life and athletic performance. Adam's favorite part of a stretch session is witnessing clients leave feeling lighter, more mobile, and deeply relaxed. Outside of work, Adam enjoys yoga, martial arts training, performing as a professional trombonist, and studying human movement science and longevity practices. Adam's wellness philosophy is simple: small, consistent movement habits dramatically improve quality of life.
