Tracey is an experienced therapist with over 10 years of experience. She comes from a medical background and has spent many years specializing in headache relief.

In addition to working on the whole body, she especially likes to focus on the back, neck, shoulders, and feet.

Tracey is especially knowledgeable and specializes in:

• HEADACHES - Tracey has studied headaches for many years and has many approaches to deal with a wide variety of headaches.
• FEET - The feet are your foundation. So, she loves to apply a lot of her time, attention, and technique to the feet. "Who doesn't love a great foot massage?"
• CBD - Tracey is a BIG BELIEVER in CBD and it's therapeutic benefits. And she is especially happy to be working with the Elements Massage brand of CBD that we use. She notes that it has 0.0% THC, so that it is completely safe for people who are sensitive, have drug screenings, or who are in recovery. And there are many other ingredients in our CBD that she especially likes working with (e.g. arnica, turmeric, calendula).
• HOT TOWELS - She tends to use hot towels a lot. Don't be shy to ask!
