"Upon entry, Isaiah greeted me, gave me a quick tour, & offered water while I waited. His customer service skills were excellent. He's the reason I bought the membership. Luna did a fantastic job with my massage. Then, as I was preparing to leave, John came in with encouraging conversation. He too, had excellent customer service skills. I had an all around great experience !!!!!!!"

"Love elements. Knowledgeable staff! I don’t love that they have to come back in after massage and give wrap up feedback. It feels a little too robotic. Love the extended hours. It would be nice to be able to use unused sessions for tip."
