"I've been telling everyone I know about my massage with Mike. He was intuitive in his skills and knew just what to do to help relieve the shoulder and neck pain I've been having. I was so happy to schedule my next massage!" - MF
"The entire experience was fantastic. Mike was the therapist who helped me. He is incredible. At the end of my 90 minute deep tissue session, I walked out feeling nearly pain free. It has been a week since my visit and I have joined the Wellness Program as we intend to use Elements Massage as an alternative provider of ongoing good health. Great experience with Mike and would recommend to anyone. Felt like new after the session." - ST
"Felt extremely safe during my session with Mike. He really helped my sciatica and got the knots out of my legs. He was very detailed and gave recommendations for my return visit. I highly suggest Mike!" - EK
Mike’s interest in massage therapy was sparked by his love for athletics. As an avid hockey player and sports enthusiast, Mike has experienced the benefits of therapeutic massage and physiotherapy firsthand. He began his career in therapeutic massage with the intention of helping relieve others’ pain and provide him with a strong foundation of anatomy, physiology, and pathologies as he works to earn his degree in physical therapy. Mike uses an integrative approach, drawing from traditional deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques to develop a top-notch therapeutic approach with focus on pain relief and increasing mobility. Mike’s massage is best suited for athletes and those suffering from chronic pain/injury conditions like frozen shoulder, piriformis syndrome, and sciatica. His brand standard training includes AromaRitual, HerbalRitual and Himalayan Salt Stone massage.
