"The front-desk worker was very helpful, kind, and pleasant to talk to! I liked that she reminded me that everything in the room (lights, temperature pressure etc) was customizable to my liking. Tim was a great massage therapist; at first, I was disappointed because I felt that he was just pressing on my back, not actually massaging me in a traditional way that I am used to, However, after getting about halfway through the massage, I realized how much I enjoyed his style, which he described as a 'connective tissue massage.' I have already recommended him to my cousin because I felt amazing afterwards and still did the next morning!"
