"Ronnie is an excellent therapist and gives great deep tissue massages. To keep this therapist happy and engaged may also require paying him more. I book four weeks in advance and always get the day, and time I want. Other Element clients need to book in advance so they have a continuity of care with the therapist they want instead of calling in the day or week before they want a massage.
Also Freida the front desk scheduler/receptionist is also very good. It would really be nice for Elements to keep the front desk staff instead of having them constantly change like at Massage Envy. That is one reason I left Massage Envy because the front desk staff never knew what was going on. If you have to pay them a dollar more an hour it would be worth it.
