Allow me to introduce myself – my name is Chris, and I have been passionately practicing as a massage therapist since 2017. My journey began at Blue Cliff Career College of Mobile, where I studied from 2015-2016. During my time as a student, I immersed myself in various modalities such as sports massage, NMT, deep tissue, and many more, all of which have shaped my approach to massage therapy.

Since joining Elements, I have had the privilege of working alongside incredibly talented colleagues who have helped me further hone my skills. Each day, I strive to be the best therapist I can be for my clients by attentively listening to their needs and adapting my techniques to provide the utmost relaxation, stress reduction, and relief from muscle knots. My goal is to ensure that you leave each session feeling rejuvenated, as if you have achieved a great workout.
