I've seen many over my life, and I have to say she is the one who has caused lasting change in my body. I have a lot of neck, shoulder and back pain, and Rachel knows the right amount of pressure for each area. I like very much that she can find the spot that needs to loosen, and that she is trained to use deep pressure when the situation calls for it.
