Many Americans are STRESSED! Did you know that having regular massages can help eliminate the stress and provide much-needed relief? According to the American Psychological Association, our main stressors are money, work and children. We also need to be better about self-care. Only 27% of Americans felt they were getting enough exercise and 65% of us felt we were making poor eating choices because of stress. In order to take better care of ourselves, we need to practice better self care. This includes making healthy eating choices, exercising a minimum of 3x a week and GETTING REGULARLY SCHEDULED MASSAGES...to work out ALL of the stress from your body.
