Gretchen is a graduate of  the Louisville School of Massage. She specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Integrative Reflexology as well as  abdominal massage techniques.  Gretchen utilizes her continuing education in stretching and myofascial techniques to help relieve her clients of chronic pain and other muscular issues.
