"I once had a massage about 6 years ago and it was a super pleasent experience. Since then I have been in a few times to pick up gift cards for friends and family and I live the peaceful environment. Surely all massage places strive for that but I would like to think elements does it best. Finding my self in a place where I severely needed one for me I hopped on the website which was easy to navigate. There is also of options but its not set in stone you can ask questions when you get there. My massage therapist was a beast I asked for firm but start at medium but with how messed up my upper body was I think anything would have helped. Realizing how bad it was definitely encouraged me to rebook and not wait another 5 plus years. "
