Megan (our owner) and Kristi are offering a Biocord and Pilates class on Wednesday mornings at 11:30 at Body By GymRoots in Fishers. They would love to have you join them to see what it is all about!
The goals for the class are to help clients find their own corrective movement while gaining strength and proper alignment in a judgment and pain free environment.

What is Biocord?
Biocord is a fitness and corrective movement program that maximizes movement by integrating neural signatures. Biocord integrates suspension and bungees that allow the body to help find correct muscular firings and alignment. Making a true mind connection to body is being found to create results faster that last longer. Mainting your body's homeostasis, or proper internal stability, is at the heart of biocord work.
What is Pilates?
A method of exercise that promotes controlled movement to gain core strength, balance in the body and overall flexibility. Pilates can be done via mat work but also with a variety of equipment including reformers. Body By GymRoots uses reformers with utilize springs that provide resistance training.
