5. Asking for a pressure rating. in the past I always asked for deep tissue but it was too much for me and was painful. No one ever gave me a range of pressures to choose from. Never occurred to me to request "mid-range pressure" -- I didn't know there was such a thing. I thought it was either deep tissue or Swedish (and the one Swedish massage I had was terrible. Way too light)."
