"The front staff "get" the impact they have - that massage is a whole experience that in my business mindset starts from the moment someone walks through the front door. The music is peaceful, the setting is clean, and the staff are warm and welcoming. Further, I have been places where the staff talk about negative things to each other while guests are there, which to me taints the energy of the experience, and show either a lack of training or employees who need to be in a different line of work, in my view.
