"Reception staff are warm and friendly, and the masseuse I've had, Chantel, is so expert (and nice!) I always feel healed after my visits, and am grateful (esp. as I've experienced 'meh' massages in the past, elsewhere, and know how disappointing they can be). Chantel is excellent!

I also appreciate that you have parking. This is a bonus, esp. in the very busy Roosevelt/65th st. corridor.

My only desired improvement would be better ventilation in the suite. The air throughout the suite feels too 'close' and heavy and unrefreshed."
