"The reservation by phone can be hit or miss. Don't leave a voice message. By the time you receive a return call the appointment you wanted will be taken. Not a fan of booking online either. Sylwia and Ivona are great but at times it can be difficult to find appointments with them so you have to plan ahead.

When a problem arises with delayed return calls or correctly confirming how many remaining appointments you have, I find management's response to be lackluster and always on the defensive without ever providing an actual explanation or actually doing anything to resolve the matter so it doesn't happen again.

Most front desk staff are good but some need more training, especially with being able to pull information from their computer system. I think they have a terrible computer program that they have to work with."
