"She listens to my requests, whether they're to lower the table (since I'm short) or how I like to be massaged (on the gentler side, although my friend who became a member, likes a massage with more pressure, which Sylvia can also do.) Sylvia is very knowledgeable about the body. Once I'm on the table and she begins the massage, I'm in "bliss-land." My stress is always gone by the time the session is over. Sylvia makes sure that she gives me water after the session, too, since hydration is so essential.
