She adjusts the massage table to the correct height and amount of warmth that I prefer, and gives me an outstanding, 90-minute massage, paying attention to the amount of pressure I prefer. This is really important to me, since I've had massages in the past that were painful. I also sometimes get foot or toe cramps, and she knows how to work through them with her "magic touch," I really look forward to seeing her, and I always go straight home afterwards, because I'm too relaxed to do anything else that day! I joined as a monthly member, and think that the prices match the amount of service and the excellence of the massage. I highly recommend Elements Massage, and Sylvia in particular! "
