Sylvia is very knowledgeable about the body. Once I'm on the table and she begins the massage, I'm in "bliss-land." My stress is always gone by the time the session is over. Sylvia makes sure that she gives me water after the session, too, since hydration is so essential. I tried a variety of different massage places before discovering Elements and Sylvia, and couldn't be happier to be a customer."
