Lyndsey is a level 1-3 therapist. She graduated in 2016 from Massage Therapy School. She has been practicing Massage Therapy for almost 8 years and her favorite modalities are trigger point, Swedish, sports massage, Gua Sha Scraping, and stretching. She became a Massage Therapist because she wanted to help people from a young age, as she was introduced to Massage Therapy when she was super young. Her philosophy on healing is that using Therapeutic touch and different modalities of massage helps increase blood circulation and decreases someone's suffering from chronic pain, stress, and fatigue. Also helping clients achieve a better physical and emotional wellness. Lyndsey is a mom of 2 girls and LOVES rainy days! She has grown up in Arizona her whole life.
