"Very friendly, professional, and capable staff at the counter, as well as the obviously fantastic massage therapists who have a variety of skills and approaches. My husband and I were previously members of a different massage service in town, and although our massage therapist was incredibly talented (I still wonder how she's doing and miss her special touch on occasion), the scheduling and office-related aspects were not managed nearly as well as Elements Massage. We love that not only does Elements Massage offer a number of skilled massage therapists for our needs, but that the staff can schedule, manage appointments, and make recommendations according to our particular needs. I was especially impressed on the occasion that I needed a massage between my regular appointments following an injury, and the staff taking my call was able to appropriately match an available therapist to my specific injury-related needs. I was already a big fan before, but now I will sing their praises to anyone who will listen. This kind of care and dedication feels like a rare gem, and I am so glad to feel like I am part of an Elements Massage family. I don't feel like I've discussed the therapists enough, but I am sure that even the ones I have not had personal experience with are amazing. If shout-outs are requested, my particular level of deep tissue + relaxation preferences fit perfectly with the massage styles of Alisa, Kaylin, and Leah.
