"I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff when I checked in; this was my first visit to Elements and I felt very comfortable. Kaye was personable and she is super talented. I felt so incredibly relaxed after our session and plan to make this my new monthly ritual to show my body some love and appreciation. I personally did the 90 minute session with the Himalayan salt stones and my experience overall superseded my expectations! There were moments where my breath would even catch because I forgot to breathe---now that is relaxed folks!!
