"The massage is wonderful. The billing and add on issues still are not resolved.
Every time I have an add on or a longer massage, something gets messed up with the billing. After calling, the front desk doesnt understand what I am trying to explain and gets abrupt. After asking for Kristie was told she was not available on Tuesdays (ok no problem) but the staff said she would have her call me. I did not receive a phone call. This is not the first time this has happened. I'm not sure why front staff is unable to follow through or the turn over is high and this allows for less customer service or knowledge on business practices.
