I use her for deep muscle relaxation and then when I want a lighter massage I use another massage therapist, Casey who is just as wonderful and professional. "My MT, John, was talented, thorough, and professional. It's been hard to find someone providing firm enough pressure, and I enjoyed his medium pressure technique. I've had many experiences where the massage feels kind of random and unproductive, but you can tell he's well trained because he'd stop right on a sore spot and stick with it until the pain was gone. The facility was clean and had many small touches that make a big difference like heated beds, the ability to control sound and light levels in the room, and signs with answers to FAQs and recommended tipping amounts. The staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, and informational. If you feel nervous about being an overweight person, I can say I felt 0 judgement from staff or my MT about that. I felt my MT and staff cared that I had a healing experience- which I did!"
