"I love going to Elements. When I walk in the door, I’m greeted by a very friendly staff. The lobby is beautiful and I feel very comfortable while waiting for my massage therapist. The rooms are nice and clean, the tables are comfortable and the lighting/sounds can be adjusted if needed. Brian is very experienced and professional. I’ve had chronic back/neck pain for years and sometimes deep tissue can be too much. He knows exactly where the muscles are and he doesn’t have to do extreme deep tissue for it to be effective. I’ve been going here for years and I’m a very happy client! "

"Helen is wonderful. She does somethings slightly different, that I enjoy. Towards the end of the massage she uses a hot towel over my extremities - its relaxing and also awakening. As an aside, Paul, is great! Paul does raki on my feet at the begining of the session - it sets me up for relaxation - I can feel my shoulders untighten. Rich has a technique, that is different from anyone else. At the end of the session, my posture is significanly improved. John also does a wonderful massage, with excelnt post massage tips. You are only better with anyone of the staff at Elements!"

"I have received great massages and facials from every staff person I've encountered. The ambience is very pleasant and relaxing from the time I enter the center to the time I leave. It's always been easy to find parking and next to other shops that make the drive worth it every time. The only reason I gave it a 9 is I know that I'm fortunate enough to have an FSA account through work that helps me afford monthly massages. I wouldn't recommend it to someone I know can't afford the expense. I consider it preventative medicine for sure! "
