Favorite Quote: “ For many people, managing pain involves using prescription medicine in combination with complementary techniques like physical therapy, acupuncture, yoga and massage. I appreciate this because I truly believe medical care should address the person as a whole - their mind, body, and spirit.” Naomi Judd
Eric did an outstanding job of giving me a deep tissue massage with just the right amount of pressure. After my massage, I left feeling refreshed. Such a good massage!! The front staff are always so friendly and helpful with scheduling me, asking me if I would like some water. The whole place is clean and decorated so well that it is soothing to my senses. I would definitely recommend Eric and Elements Massage.
Eric Specializes in Level 4
Eric began studying massage at Northern Lights School of Massage. He later went on to specialize in rehabilitative and injury care at Northwestern Health Science University. He is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and is a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist. Eric uses trigger point, deep tissue and Swedish techniques to customize each session. His myofascial work helps to open up the underlining areas of tension, helping to not only ease pain but stress as well.
"My ideal client is someone who has been struggling with long-term pain and is using medication to help with pain, is getting injections, or someone who is looking to avoid surgery. I enjoy using my background in NeuroMuscular Therapy to help people recover naturally."
