"I had a wonderful massage with Stephanie. She hit all my hot spots and I left feeling relaxed and loose. The only problem was, my wife had scheduled a facial at the same time as my massage. After my massage was over, I found my wife still sitting in the waiting area. the facial tech had not shown up for her appointment and that meant my wife sat for over and hour while I enjoyed my massage. I felt terrible as this is the second time she has been stood up by the facial tech. No call or response from management after the incident. More than a bit dissappointed."
