They do their best to find appointment times that work for me, and often remember my preferences. They make sure I'm comfortable and don't need anything prior to my massage.

My massage therapist, Matt, is knowledgeable and skilled. I prefer deep tissue massage and he's an expert at it. With every visit, he asks if I have any issues and then often finds spots I didn't even realize were tense. He also responds to my mood: we chat if I'm feeling chatty. We're quiet when I'm feeling less social.

"Jake is great at massage- intuitive about areas he should work on...very relaxing. If I am late arriving Jake will work into his time between the next appointment to give me as much time as possible. I try to be very cognizant of the value of his time....It is really great that he works with me on those occasions when I just can't get in on time.

The front desk makes or breaks it for me every time...whether I am trying to make an appointment having to cancel last minute or arriving rushed... the front reception makes or breaks my experience at Elements. The front desk is usually pleasant, but I have learned over the years to just ask for Karin. Karin is phenomenal. If I have to cancel, she tries to re-book me or will put me on a cancellation list. She has never failed to call me back with an appointment that works. When I come out, she has already looked to see how far out I am already booked and will offer to book the next month. (Jake is very hard to get into.) Thanks to Karin's attention to detail, I am finally keeping up with my monthly massages and no longer think about cancelling my membership!"
