Philosophy on Healing: Most of us have experienced how physical pain can interfere with daily life and lead to emotional and mental stress. But pain is a highly individual experience and needs to be addressed differently for each person. It is important to me to learn from my clients - both through what they tell me, and what I find while working with their muscles - what is causing their pain and stress so as to best address their individual needs. My goal as a therapist is to help relieve physical pain and emotional/mental stress to help my clients maintain their health and well-being.
