Keri attended massage school in Hawaii in 2010, has extensive training in structural integration and focuses her massage on anatomical balance. She works magic! Keri has the knowledge for teaching consistent stretching and strengthening of the muscles for the purpose of correcting the body's misalignment.
Keri also focuses on releasing tension in hips, low back, and shoulders in order to relieve pain stemming from poor posture. She enjoys providing deep tissue massage and holistic healing. As an avid mountain biker, runner, and snow boarder, she can relate to her fellow athletes in the need for pain/tension relief. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, with proper nutrition and exercise, is of course recommended, but with Keri's help, you can be assured of improved flexibility and overall activity performance!
