Ashley F. is passionate about identifying and correcting the hidden patterns of body disuse that keep people, especially women, stuck in pain and exhaustion. Through specialized fascial manipulation and nervous system regulation, she helps her clients finally experience deep rest, dramatically reduced (or resolved) pain, fluid natural movement, and a sustainable reduction in fatigue --- so they can feel calm, capable, and fully alive in their bodies again. Ashley is also a certified Intra-Oral Specialist, which helps her to treat conditions related to jaw and facial tension such as TMJ. She works with light to medium pressure, and graduated as Salutatorian of the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy.
