Massage allows for the body to be open to receive the power of healing and love. Not only will massage help with tight muscles and immobile joints but it will increase blood and lymph flow therefore increasing immunity and vital functions of the organs. This also means that you can expect massage to help with stress by nourishing the nervous system. Stress may be one of the biggest threats to the health of our body, mind and spirit. This is why the healing power of touch is such an amazing ally for healing physical and emotional dis-ease!
My passion for movement and healing is what brought me to massage. Outside of body work I also practice Herbalism, Nutrition and Post-Partum Doula services. I also have a strong connection to the ‘birthing world’. I currently live in Boulder, CO with my loving husband and our two precious dogs and two sweet cats. When I’m not practicing my healing work, I am exploring the beautiful foothills, playing in the mud at the Boulder Studio Arts Pottery Lab, dancing to live music, and cooking delicious and healthy food for my family.
