"I generally have had amazing experiences at Elements Massage Belmont. I specifically have had great experiences with Karin and Paula S., they both give great massages. I did have some feedback about a massage I had with Visolela which I didn’t know how else to provide the feedback - so thanks for this opportunity. I had an hour long massage with Visolela on 4/5/2025 starting at 1:15 but Visolela ended the massage early. I know that the massage isn’t for the full 60 minutes but my understanding is that the massage should be around 50 minutes and my appointment ended 20 minutes early. Visolela was in the lobby when I left so I didn’t feel like I could inquire about what to do when the therapist ends the session early. Please note that I tipped normally. Thanks"
