Kaila can do any pressure from light to firm and has experience with Deep Tissue Massage, but is currently working on gaining more! She has a fascination for the fascial system of the body and believes it’s like an electrically charged Saran wrap that, if too tight, could throw off the entire body. Kaila enjoys working with the body in layers, beginning with unraveling the fascia first, especially with the addition of Himalayan Salt Stones and/or CBD, then working into deeper pressure along with stretching and mobilization. She says, balance is key to bettering posture and reducing pain! Settling into body awareness and mindfulness will amplify the healing journey and she is happy to help curate a plan for optimum wellness with you!
