"I rate the services a 10 only because of the actual massage services I receive from Gregg. He is always professional and obviously puts thought into the therapeutic massage he gives every single time. He is extremely talented and skilled on so many levels. I can only give him the highest praise. I do feel there is improvement needed in the management of the business especially from the scheduling and front office staff. The way the scheduling is done and managed is not to the benefit of customer. The follow-through on wait list and cancelations is poor at best. If the spa cancels an appointment, there is no effort made to reschedule in a timely manner. This has occurred not only for myself but for several family members as well. The overall cleanliness and updating could also be improved. I will continue to recommend people go to Elements if they can work with Gregg because of how outstanding he is and his professionalism."
