"Although I usually have a good experience, this time my massage was shortened by 15 minutes. A power outage affected the start time, and although the masseuse told me she would adjust the time accordingly, she didn't. As a result, I feel short-changed by this experience."

"* Better parking. * Increased square footage. * More time slot availability. * Online Scheduling for advanced booking appointments. * In Winter, lobby is WAY too cold. Restaurants in Boston, for example, put up a velvet curtain in their doors during the Winter months to help create a barrier. * Letting people change before their appt time begins, so they get more time spent with therapist. * Potentially offering a locker to lock valuables, again to help streamline pre-massage logistics. * You should consider setting-up appointments in a rolling-hour. So five massages don't all start on-the-hour, some massages could start at 5-past-, 10-past-, quarter-past-the-hour, etc."
