Our Therapists  |  Simply the best

All of the therapists at elements therapeutic massage University Park receive on-going training, both in-house and off-site.  We are justifiably proud of the quality of massage that each client receives, and can assert with complete confidence that no matter which therapist you see, your needs will be met.

When you make a booking with us, you are welcome to request the therapist of your choice.  If that therapist is not available we will match you with someone who provides a similar style of massage.

It is a source of pride that we can unhesitatingly recommend each of our therapists.  They are the best.

Elements Level System  |  "know your number"

Our therapists are categorized in 4 levels and this is consistent nationwide. With these levels, we encourage our clients describe the type and pressure of massage they are seeking.

Level 1: A light pressure relaxing massage. Often referred to as Swedish or Relaxation Massage.

Level 2: A medium to deep pressure massage with no specific trigger point work.

Level 3: A medium to deep pressure massage with trigger point work. This is where we get the "knots" out.

Level 4: A very deep pressure massage with trigger point work. Fondly referred to as the "killer deep" massage.
