Althea has been practicing as an LMT for a little over 3 years now and absolutely loves it. Her favorite modalities include Deep Tissue, Trigger point therapy, and prenatal. Althea attended massage school in her hometown of Tucson, AZ and has not looked back since, while massage therapy has done so much positive in her life. Althea believes if we take care of our bodies it clears up a lot to bring mental clarity. When Althea isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family and her three children. Althea enjoys being outside and enjoying the Colorado weather in her free time as well.
