She has a light to medium touch and specializes in gentle deep tissue, using focused techniques to address muscle tension without the intensity of deeper pressure. This makes her a great choice for clients who want therapeutic, targeted work but prefer a gentler approach. She also specializes in TMJ-focused massage (non-intraoral).
Kendra has always been fascinated by the human body, particularly the musculoskeletal system. She originally considered becoming a chiropractor before discovering massage therapy and finding a passion for working with muscles and soft tissue to help release knots and tension.
Originally from Maine, Kendra recently made the move to North Carolina. She describes herself as detail-oriented, a quality that carries into the thoughtful, individualized care she provides each client.
