"They listen how deep the massage I need since I am a ticklish person. Release knots on my back & neck & hands so important to release them. Recommend to drink lots of water afterwards. Muscle spasms is not a good feeling while life goes so fast. Balance relaxing and take care of yourself is not selfish.
