Growing up, Brooke lived a very active life.  She learned the importance of maintaining the health of the body, mind and spirit. She believes that self care is vital to live our best life.

     Brooke graduated from the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy.  She is also a Certified Personal Trainer who enjoys yoga.  Her modalities include Swedish massage, Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular therapy.
