Alliena was born in Barcelona, Spain . Being a "military brat" and being in the Navy herself, Alliena has lived in several places before finally ending up here in Florida. In her other life (before she found massage therapy), Alliena had many different types of jobs. "Now I have a job I get to go to instead of having to go to"!

She attended the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy and has been a practicing therapist for over 15 years. Alliena believes the mind and body work together and customizes her massages to each client, giving each client “whatever your body tells me it needs”.

Her favorite modalities include Swedish, sports, and deep tissue massage. Alliena is always seeking to learn new modalities. She particularly enjoys working on neck, shoulders and back.
