"I rarely have nothing but a great massage at Elements. However, when setting up my appt for this week, I requested Dina and she was out but I was told that Simone was very similar, so I booked her. Wel......she was not anywhere near Dina. In fact, I questioned if she knew what she was doing and seemed to be in slow motion, and put no energy into the massage.
I feel like I rec'd less than half a massage.
I will still recommend EM, but referring Simone will not be done by me, nor should you.
