James was my masseuse.I didn’t really specify the degree to which he should massage, I felt that his focus was too much on my shoulders and less so on my back legs and arms. The focus on my shoulders was so intense, that it hurt for a few days. My fault, I should’ve spoken up, but I did not, and will do so the next time I go. I do plan to go again.
