Dylan walked me through the process, showed me the restroom and then brought me to Sue's massage room. She was so friendly and made it clear that she truly wanted to provide me with a massage that was catered to what I needed/wanted. During the massage, she asked a few times if the pressure was good and if I was comfortable, which I greatly appreciated. Before I left, she went over each area that she had focused on and what she had noticed. She walked me back to the reception area where I had another great experience with Dylan as they made sure that my account was set up properly and got me scheduled for my next massage. I am looking forward to my massage next month!"
