I carry a lot of tension in my neck and lower back, and I told him that up front. After that, I never had to direct him again. He naturally knew exactly where to work, and his pressure was spot‑on the entire time. He’s also just a really pleasant guy to work with in general.

The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the rest of the day my neck and shoulders didn’t hurt at all! I was actually expecting soreness. I honestly can’t remember the last time I felt that good without that constant tension hanging over me. I just felt amazing.

Everyone’s different, and every therapist has to assess pressure and technique individually for each client. I was blown away by how well he read my body and knew exactly what I needed.
