Christi is a Level 2 and 3 massage therapist who specializes in clinical, targeted bodywork. Blending Swedish, neuromuscular, and trigger point therapy, she provides strategic problem-solving for chronic pain and tension.
Christi holds advanced specializations in oncology massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), allowing her to safely support clients navigating complex health journeys. Christi’s approach combines her deep passion for bodywork with a rigorous scientific background—she holds an MT education from the NC School of Advanced Bodyworks alongside a chemistry degree from Duke University. Her core philosophy is simple: everyone deserves to feel comfortable in their own skin, and massage is a vital tool that helps the body activate its own natural healing mechanisms. A North Carolina native, Christi has proudly called the Charlotte area home for the past 27 years. When she isn't in the clinic, she loves exploring new destinations, from studying abroad in Germany to traveling the West Coast and New England—though her absolute dream getaway is a quiet, palm-tree-lined beach.
