Christi | Massage Therapist

Christi is a level 2 and 3 massage therapist with a focus in targeted bodywork using a combination of swedish, neuromuscular and trigger point work. Christi's philosophy on healing is that people should feel better in their bodies and massage can be a key tool for helping the body do what it knows how to do! Massage played a significant role in Christi's personal wellness journey.
Christi graduated from the NC School of Advanced Bodyworks with her MT education, but Christi also graduated from Duke University with a degree in chemistry! She is an NC native, and more specifically has lived in the Charlotte area the last 27 years. She has traveled to Europe including studying abroad in Germany, and she has traveled all over New England and the west coast. Christi's dream vacation would be to a deserted beach with lots of palm trees.
