Gigi | Elite Massage Therapist

Gigi is an elite level 3 massage therapist with a focus in: Swedish, deep tissue, sports and neuromuscular massage. Gigi believes each client is unique, and her goal is to approach each one with their own individual needs. She has a unique approach to each client: she uses a mix of deep tissue, neuromuscular,and sports massage in her sessions which includes stretching and specific trigger point areas. She also incorporates a focus on the neck and shoulders, applying stretches and cranial massage. Gigi is an athlete as well as a part time graphic designer so she knows what sitting most of the day and the toll of running does to the body. She graduated from Southeastern Institute in 2006.
