"The membership benefits; that you can roll over unused sessions; that you can pause membership when too many sessions accumulate; staff is friendly. Maria, the massage therapist is amazing. The only thing I dislike is that you don't fully get the amount of time per massage they say you get when you pay because the time you take to dress before and after the massage is included as part of the massage time, so it's about 10 minutes less per session. Occasionally, a therapist will take you to the back late and you lose more of your massage time. "

I will soon be 83 and suffer with rheumatoid arthritis and chronic neck shoulder and back pain. Mea pays close attention to how I am responding to massage and incorporates stretches that have helped to release tension. I have had spinal fusion surgery and sacroiliac joint fusion as well so her massage is a welcome “therapy” whenever I am able to get in for a session "
