"Massage therapists are great! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Front desk staff is usually great. Oddly enough, the last time I was in though, they felt comfortable gossiping when I was within ear shot. Gossip is never an attractive appearance to give off. It is unprofessional in the workplace and leads people to feel uneasy around the individuals that have been seen gossiping about others. This is the only reason that dropped it to a 9. If it were not for Maria, I would have dropped it more after witnessing these young women behaving this way."
