The only thing I dislike is that you don't fully get the amount of time per massage they say you get when you pay because the time you take to dress before and after the massage is included as part of the massage time, so it's about 10 minutes less per session. Occasionally, a therapist will take you to the back late and you lose more of your massage time. "
