I think a business that can recognize their mistake and make it up to the customer without hesitation is worth while. I will say it would have been nice if the free massage would have been offered right out of the gate after the second cancellation occurred without me having to complain in order to have it made right. I do love the massage therapists I have seen, they are thorough and knowledgeable, I very much appreciate their care. "
