Why I Became a Massage Therapist: I was officially licensed as a massage therapist in 2014, however my passion for providing relaxation and rejuvenation for others began many years prior. The desire to nurture and facilitate peace in those around me is intrinsic to who I am as a person. It has been incredible to observe how integrating self care into clients' daily lives positively impacts their relationships and overall well being.

Philosophy on Healing: I believe given the correct physical, mental, emotional and spiritual nourishment, the body is able to heal itself from most ailments. When we prioritize self care, miraculous healing can occur. Our lives can be so busy, stressful and toxic. The least we can do is give our bodies the downtime to recalibrate, recenter, and receive all of the wonderful benefits of engaging the calming parasympathetic nervous system via consistent massage and energy healing.

Interesting Facts about Me: I love international travel and have been to places like Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Philippines and South Korea.

In my other Life (Before Massage Therapy) I was... working in the service industry and learning entrepreneurial skills like business management.
