"To start off, it's been my experience that everyone at the front desk is always helpful and kind. No exception. Every time. Unlike a different previous massage membership I had some years back. That goes a long way for me. It was actually the main reason I left the other place.

Elements also has a great membership program. If I am unable to use my massages for the month, I don't lose the credit. I'm still able to use them at a later time. Again, unlike the other place I had a membership.

I also love the holistic, therapeutic massages I've gotten at Elements. Each massage therapist has various different levels of experience and expertise and I always have my choice of what kind of massage and which therapists as long as I make the appt far enough ahead.
