Meghan's therapeutic approach involves actively listening to clients requests and creating a plan with each client to address their unique needs at every session. They use their intentionally trained hands to listen to how a client's soft tissue and nervous system respond to different techniques (such as myofascial and orthopedic) and follow up at each session to adjust the plan for continued effectiveness. Meghan has been trained to work slowly with clients to reach deep muscles groups and tissue without using a lot of pressure, and is also certified in craniosacral therapy. Clients who have found deep tissue massage to be too painful in the past will likely find Meghan's gentle yet targeted techniques effective at addressing muscle pain, discomfort and generalized anxiety.
