"The staff at Elements is extremely friendly and accommodating. When I'd had three not so great massages (trying out new therapists who were supposed to be pressure levels 3 or 4), they gave me a complimentary massage. I hadn't expected it but we were trying to schedule my next appointment and my favorite therapists weren't available for two months. I said I'd wait because I'd had no luck trying someone new. Since then they have hired Tierdri and she is amazing. I do wish the front office staff had name tags because I'm horrible with names and they have had a few new hires. "
