Matt | Licensed Massage Therapist

Matthew is a Level 4 massage therapist who brings strength, precision, and deep knowledge of the human body to every session. He specializes in neuromuscular, connective tissue techniques, stretching, and Swedish massage, and can deliver super‑deep therapeutic massage with targeted trigger point work if needed. Matthew has experience training in a wide range of alternative modalities including Thai, polarity, cranial sacral, sound healing, visceral manipulation, and Watsu.

Matthew believes that " movement is medicine” and encourages clients to stay active as part of their long‑term wellness, and he brings that philosophy into sessions.

Before becoming a massage therapist, Matthew served nine years in the U.S. Marine Corps and traveled to nearly 30 different countries. He was born and raised in Maine but has lived all over the U.S. Outside of the studio, his personal life reflects the same energy he brings to his work-he's an avid hiker, gym‑goer, skier, and completed a marathon carrying a 40lb pack.
