Nicole became a licensed massage therapist in 2013, inspired by her yoga practice and holistic lifestyle. She believes true healing begins from within and emphasizes self-care, balance, and gut health as essential foundations for overall wellness. Nicole is trained in Swedish, prenatal, deep tissue, hot salt stone, cupping, aromatherapy, herbal rituals, Thai massage, and Ayurvedic massage. She enjoys incorporating stretching and mindful movement into her sessions to support deeper release and long-lasting results. Outside the studio, Nicole feels most at home in nature—especially near the ocean or natural watering holes—where she reconnects and recharges.
