Stephanie is from Dallas, TX. She moved to CO in 1979 and has made CO her home ever since. She enjoys hiking, reading and gardening.

Stephanie went to Colorado School of Healing Arts in 1994. She has 20 years of experience. She has extensive knowledge in head, jaw, neck, shoulders, rotator cuff, upper and lower back, abs, glutes, hips, calves, feet, sciatica, migraines, carpal tunnel, fibromyalgia, oncology, and trauma. She does energy work, specific area of focus, flowing or structural strokes. She incorporates different modalities to customize your massage.

Stephanie has extra certifications in Prenatal, Trigger Point and Oncology Massage.

Stephanie believes that all massages are therapeutic. A deep pressure massage does not have to be painful. Pressure should only be as deep as it is effective.
