Heather | Level 3 + Massage Therapist

Heather is nearly a native. She was born in Beach, ND but has lived in Colorado all of her life. She loves being a mom of three beautiful children and occasionally gets to sit down and read celebrity magazines in her spare time.

Heather went to Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2004. She has experience in head, jaw, neck, shoulders, rotator cuff, upper and lower back, glutes, hips, quads, calves, feet, sciatica, migraines, carpal tunnel, deep tissue, Swedish and sports massage. Heather has a holistic and energy approach. She often integrates various modalities based on the individual needs. She can do specific area focused, flowing strokes, and incorporates stretching techniques into his massages.

Heather has extra certifications in Hot Stone, Prenatal, Reiki, and Ashiatsu.
