A comfortable reception area where one checks in is bright, equipped with comfortable chairs, and even has nice plants around, making the area feel homey. The friendly staff will offer you water, and there is a restroom for your convenience as well. There is an Origins coffee place just around the corner for afterwards (great lattes), as well as a Harris Teeter grocery, a small Target store, a TJ Maxx, a Sur La Table, and several restaurants. The Pentagon City Fashion Centre and Pentagon City Metro are in easy walking distance as well.

The therapists at Elements Massage Pentagon City are talented, intuitive, and friendly. There are several to choose from, male and female, and some have "elite" status, meaning that they have completed extra training. The massage rooms are small and cozy, with changeable lighting, heated massage tables, and fragrance options for maximum relaxation. (I like the eucalyptus best.) I have had massages from several of the therapists, and all of them make me feel relaxed and comfortable. You leave the massage table feeling taller and more alive than ever. The membership plan here is a good deal--one reasonable flat fee charged automatically to your card monthly gets you at least one massage every month.
